SECOND-HAND STORE REGULATIONS
By entering the MSC Belgium second-hand store you confirm your agreement with all our regulations.
MSC is not responsible for theft; no claims for damage or value can be made against MSC.
All goods may remain in the store until Sunday, March 8, 5:00 PM at the latest. You must collect your unsold goods before that date and time. All unclaimed goods still present after 5:00 PM will become the property of MSC.
All personal information shared with us to sell your goods will be deleted after Darklands. We will not share any information between buyer or seller regarding sold goods.
All sales are final; we do not take goods back (the buyer has sufficient time to inspect the goods at the time of purchase), damage to goods is considered to be present at the time of purchase and therefore visible. This does not entitle you to any compensation or refund.
We do not accept reservations on goods and do not make them.
All payments in cash, debit, or credit card are final and non-refundable. All claims for refunds by debit or credit card companies will be refused. A copy of these regulations will be sent to these companies in response to any refund attempt.
Regardless of the purchase, the price of a shopping bag is 1 euro (per bag).
All theft will be reported to the competent authorities; police intervention will be requested upon detection of theft. A flat fee of 25 euros will be charged as an administrative cost for each theft, plus the value of the goods if they are damaged. Any person caught stealing will also be reported to the Darklands organization, so their access to Darklands will be revoked.
In case of a dispute between a customer and a sales assistant, the MSC day manager has the final say.
If you damage goods in the store, you will be required to purchase the damaged goods, regardless of their value.
Payment for your sold goods will be made by bank transfer. All costs for international payments are borne by the recipient.
Thank you.
